The month of January continued to set new price records in all low-rise segments of the Real Estate market in the city of Vaughan. All freehold types of properties added close to 10% to their value. Bidding wars over every property and skyrocket price growths brings more Buyers and Investors to the Market. If you are thinking of selling your home, do not wait. Take advantage of this overheated market!
Year over Year numbers is 18-25% up compared to January 2021.

In the month of December average sold prices of 4 bedrooms detached homes went up by +8.71% compared to November 2020 but in January went up another +8.5% just in one month! The number of sold units is consistently going down reflecting tightening market conditions.
The average sold price of 3 bedrooms detached houses was up by +8.5% compared to December.
The number of sold units is slightly down compared to December 2020.
Year over Year Price Increase +23%.
Prices of 4-bedroom semi-detached houses setting a record in one month price increase! Prices went up by +18% compared to December 2020.
The Number of sales is consistently decreasing over the last 3 months.

3-bedroom semi-detached homes price braked all-time price record and went +8.2% up in January 2021 compared to December 2020.
The number of units sold +20% more compared to December 2020.

4-bedroom townhouses price continues to grow 3rd month in a row. +10% price increase in January 2021 compared to December prices.
The number of sales dropped by -50%.
Year over Year Price Increase +16.5%
The average price of 3-bedroom townhouses was +2.86% up in December, and additional +7.3% in January!
The number of units sold in January resumed to November numbers.

1-bedroom condo apartments price in up by +5% compared to December 2020.
The number of units sold in January is up by +15% compared to December 2020.
Year over Year Price Increase +5%
2-bedroom apartments average price jump up to November level.
The number of units sold is +30% up compared to December 2020.
